Hi, I’m Cynthia! I live in Pleasantville, New York and I love pets. I received my education at FIT and NYU in New York City and obtained a BFA in Marketing and Design. Discouraged by my corporate position on Wall Street, I ventured out to use my passion for pets to start my own company.
I started Green Dog because I am passionate about providing loving and responsible pet services to my community. I love my dog as a child and I only want the best care for her. Leaving my dog in a kennel, or boarding her at a vet facility was never an option for me — and certainly is not for my pet sitting clients. The lack of personal, local pet sitting options became the genesis of my company. I offer the same kind of attention and care to my clients’ pets as I do to my own.
I provide dog walking and pet sitting services to clients throughout New York City, Westchester County, and Greenwich, Connecticut. Pets under my care receive private, one-on-one care in their own homes, where they’re most comfortable. While your pet will be my primary concern, I am aware of the fact that being separated from your furry friend can be stressful. That’s why I send my clients video footage and photos of my time with their pets each visit, that way they can not only rest assured that their pets are in good hands, but also stay involved in their pets day-to-day. Without the trust of my clients, this dynamic wouldn’t work. I’m grateful for the support of my community and look forward to growing my band of furry friends.
